The City of Flin Flon is excited to celebrate the Christmas season and are holding their tree lighting at Pioneer Square tonight starting at 6:30.
Flin Flon Rec Director Cait Bailey invites the entire community to come out. " We are excited to have the tree lit up again, although the weather doesn't quite feel like Christmas yet we are really excited to see everybody out. Santa will be there, so please bring your family and friends and we will have some carrolling and kick off our Christmas season."
Everybody that comes out will get a free cup of hot chocolate courtesy of the Victoria Inn. This will be the first event to celebrate the Christmas season with the Santa Clause Parade Of Lights coming up on December the 3rd and Winter Wonderland on December the 8th.
