If you would like the proper training on how to handle a firearm there are a few Possession and Acquisition clinics coming up for people in this area.
The courses are taking place November the 15th and 16th as well as December the 6th and 7th at the Creighton Community Hall.
Ryan Gray will be teaching the courses and lets us know what will be covered.
" The course involves knowing the different types of actions, knowing how to load and unload them. Safe storage and safe transport handling of them and that is pretty much it in a nut shell. The first course, the Non Restricted is 8 hours of theory and then there will be a 50 multiple choice exam and then there will be a practical exam. That will be a one on one with myself and they will be asked a series of questions on how to handle the firearms."
