The Flin Flon, Creighton and area SPCA had a very successful  fundraiser on the weekend holding their first ever Inflatable Costume  Race.

The SPCA wants to thank everybody that came out and supported the event which made $25,000.00 for the shelter.

A special thanks go’s  out  to all the businesses who registered and collected prizes, the volunteers who donned an inflatable costume and raced and to all the spectators who showed up in the hundreds to watch the race.

The SPCA wanted to recognize the following people and organizations, The Salvation Army, Amisk Sounds, The Dollar Store, Arctic Beverages, Flin Flon School Division, Flin Flon Fire Department, Flin Flon RCMP, Outlaw Coffee, Volunteer Face Painters and CFAR.

The SPCA also really appreciates all the support they continue to get from the community that help keep the doors open. Without donations and support from the public the SPCA wouldn’t be able to operate.
