University College Of The North is holding Basic First Aid and Intermediate First Aid at the Northern Manitoba Mining Academy.
Basic First Aid will take place on December the 4th and will include using face-to-face delivery of St. John Ambulance curriculum. The primary focus is CPR Level C (adult/infant/child), AED (defibrillator), and emergency situations.
Intermediate First Aid will take place December the 4th and 5th and will include using face-to-face delivery of St. John Ambulance curriculum. CPR Level C (adult/infant/child), AED, with more thorough coverage of first aid situations.
Kari Lentowicz is the instructor and all classes run 8:30 to 4 with a half hour lunch.
