October is Family Literacy Month and the Flin Flon Public Library will be celebrating with their Read To Me program.

Lawrence Gillespie gives us the details. " We will be running Tuesday's and Wednesday's at 1:30 and Friday at 9:00 in the basement of the library. We have a full slate including a lot of what we did last year in terms of having play time with the incredible collection of the toys the library has. We will be doing circle games, there will be snacks , various types of musical games and some tips to parents on how to be the best bedtime story teller to their kids."

There are still lots of open spots and you can contact the Library or Lawrence at 204-271-2890 if you would like to attend. This will be the first of an 8 week session and the program is free.
