If you are interested in learning how to handle and operate a firearm there is going to be a possession and acquisition license training course coming up in November.
Ryan Grey is teaching the course and talks about what the course will be covering. " Well the course itself is a two day course, 8 hours of theory and we also have a written test and a practical test. It covers a little bit of the history of firearms, it gets into safe handling of firearms, you will have to learn how to load and unload 5 different actions. Then it gets into storage and this is a a non restricted course that is shotguns and rifles."
The course is open to anyone 12 and over and the cost is $175.00. The dates are November the 15th and 16th at the Creighton Community Hall and you can register by contacting Ryan Gray at 204-687-3163 or KANVASBACK5253@GMAIL.COM.
