Travel across the north will be getting harder as Mahihkan Bus lines announced their closure yesterday.
The Bus lines will be cease operations on September 6th.
Officials from the bus line said that despite their best efforts they will no longer be able to provide reliable transportation options to northern Manitoba due to a variety of pressures the business is under.
This will leave a gap in available transportation to northern parts of the province as Greyhound closed its doors back in 2018 and Mahihkan had been the only service available.
