CFAR Radio is excited to announce that they were able to collect and donate $1000. 00 for Rec Programming at the Seniors residence to improve quality of life.
CFAR Manager Dianne Russell says it is a pleasure to be able to help out the community. " I will tell you it has become something that we as a staff and the two communities can't wait for. The phone rings off the hook and we have people from all ages call in and everybody enjoys playing and it is very exciting. We are really proud of this contest and we are really proud of the money we get to raise for Elder's and Senior's Recreational programming as well."
This was raised through the contest 100 Grand In Your Hand which took place through June and July. This was the 6th time that CFAR has run this contest in conjunction with 25 local businesses.
