A film company out of Calgary, Dinosaur Valley Studios have put together a documentary about Flin Flon which can be viewed on the City Of Flin Flon website.

The City’s Crystal Kolt  mentions there are lots of different aspects of Flin Flon that are  covered. " It includes things like the Whitney's and their investment as well as a great piece from Kellen Blouin on her grandfather David Collins. He showed the ore body to Tom Creighton and Rascal Channing and the funding came from the Whitney's. There is a great tribute to the roll that Hudbay has played in our community,  and a great section on the Bombers from the very beginning including the Memorial Cup and how wonderful our team is now. There is also a section about our Arts community which we know is a thriving part of Flin Flon."

The crew came up in January to shoot the documentary and completed  it back in June. It is a half hour in length and also features a Flinty animation of the sunless city.
