Hay Day At The Zoo

The Joe Brain Petting Zoo is getting ready to host their Hayday which will be taking place on Saturday August the 18th  between 2 and 5.

This is the first time they have held the event since Covid and Zoo Supervisor Taya Rogers tells us they are hoping to build off what has already been a very good summer. " We have had lots of people from the surrounding communities as well as Saskatchewan, Alberta and all around as people enjoy coming to the Zoo. This is my fouth year working here,  as I started in high school and it has been great for the heart and helped me pursue my careers. It has lots of importance and Hay Day is great as it is lots of fun and a good way to bring the community together."

The event is free and will feature horse rides, a barbecue, bouncy castle, lots of games and prizes including a cow pie eating contest. Thanks to Eddies, The CO-OP and Arctic Beverages for their donations.
