Foran Mining held an open house and community barbecue on Wednesday afternoon at the Creighon  Sportex .

Many Foran staff were on hand to talk about the many services and career opportunities that their company is offering. One of which is McIlvenna Bay Catering who are looking for people to join their team.

Lodge Manager Reggie Pike says they have a lot of spots available. " We are hiring for housekeepers, janitorial staff, all kitchen staff including management positions for janitorial  housing and kitchen. We are partnered with Peter Ballantyne Cree Nation and we like to hire local and welcome people to send in resumes. It is a busy little site right now with 250 on site now, growing to up to 450 and beyond. We have a newly built kitchen and camp and this is a great place to work."
