A Memorandum Of Understanding was signed at Northlands College earlier this week  between the NHR, City Of Flin Flon, Town Of Creighton and Northlands College.

Raj Sewda  the C.E.O of the NRHA   explains why this is such an important announcement. " It will primarilly enhance exchange  of professional services and training , exchanges in employment opportunities and programming. It is an effort to bring collaboritive community development intiatives with everybody at the table. We will also work towards health promotion and educational activities, research and innovation. What we have tried to do here is to eliminate any barriers that may come with a border town circumstance around Flin Flon and Creighton."
