The Joe Brain Petting Zoo on Green street in Flin Flon  has opened for the summer with lots of animals for you to come by and visit.

Zoo supervisor Riley Reierson tells us what new animals have arrived. " We have some sheep, a few goats and babies. We have a pig this year year with some piglets and we have two horses and some chickens. Something brand new this year is snakes and a lizard which we have in the barn and a few ducks."

The zoo is open every day 11 to 7 right til the end of August. Admission is $2.00 and there is a concession this year. The Zoo is planning on doing a hay day later this summer, will have a float in the Trout Festival Parade and will have a pop up zoo with horse rides. The zoo is also open for birthday parties and you can book by going to the City Of Flin Flon website at cityofflinflon.ca.
