Investigation has determined that a 34-year-old male was seriously assaulted at a residence in Thompson on April 25TH . Yesterday, police arrested Lawrence Moose, 28, from South Indian Lake. He is charged with Aggravated Assault and Assault Peace Officer, a charge he got at the time of his arrest in Thompson. He is remanded in custody.
Police have identified Kenneth Paynter, 36, from Thompson, as another suspect. He is wanted on a charge of Aggravated Assault.
Paynter is described as 5’11” tall and 256 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes. His neck is completely covered with tattoos.
