The Aviva Fund again has one million dollars to give away to several projects that support community development.  You start off by developing an idea for a local project, submit it now to Aviva, promote your idea and get people to vote for it starting September 30th.

You can submit your idea, get more information and vote by going to www.avivacommunityfund.org.  Round one of voting will run from September 30th to October 14th.

30 projects across the country received money from the fund last year.  Some projects listed on the web site so far include upgrades to recreation facilities, playground development, animal shelters, youth centers and summer camps.
