Bust the Winter Blues is a little more than a month away and there are three gigantic days of events taking place between March the 1st and 3rd happening all over Flin Flon and Creighton.
Flin Flon Rec Director Cait Bailey says they have a lot of new events to look forward to this year.
"We have some new exciting ones. We have seniors card making at the Flin Flon Community Hall. We have some exciting snowshoeing events, wonderful volunteers that help us take care of our snowshoe trails. They're gonna come out and take everyone on a little bit of an adventure. We've got some classics like the Aloha Family Dance and then a new one, the Hawaiian Beach bash at the Hooter taking place that evening. We have a toddler gym on the Sunday this year, a free skate and another snowshoe event. So we're excited to get people out and enjoy some new winter festivities."
The list of events will be posted on the City Of Flin Flon and Creighton Rec facebook pages as well as both community websites, in the Reminder and on flinflononline.com.
