The Week of Christian Unity is underway in Flin Flon where various church’s will be participating in services the next few days. The Flin Flon Ministerial Association’s Harry Hobbes talks about this even’t long legacy in our community.

"  This has been going on for a while with the first one in 1908 which was run by the Roman Catholic Church. It has become an event for all church's across the world and we have been doing this in Flin Flon for the past ten years. The idea of the whole thing for us is to get together with people from other churches and understand how we worship God. It might be a little different , but we are all christians and we are on the same page and celebrate what we have in common and forget about some of the things that divide us."

Tonight’s service will take place at the Lutheran Church with Dave Milton preaching, tomorrow at St.Anne’s with Mark Burford preaching and Wednesday at the Alliance church with Kelsie Burford preaching. All services start at 7.
