The Flin Flon Aqua Centre Committee continues to find different ways to raise money for their new swimming pool.
They are running a series of 50/50 draws and have announced their first winner who is Rebecca Winacott who received a total of $1,250.00. All 500 tickets were sold.
Rebecca says she plans to use the money to go on a hot trip some place.
Tickets will be available for the next 50/50 draw starting today and this time they will be printing 1000. Tickets can be picked up at City Hall, the Vic Inn front desk, community members and other outlets around town.
They will also be hosting a meat draw coming up soon at the Uptown Curling Club and tickets will be available there too. Tickets are $5.00 each and the next draw is February the 8th.
