Flin Flon Parks and Recreation and the Phantom Lake Golf Course are sponsoring a 5 kilometer run or walk on Sunday, October 6th.  Recreation Programmer Aimee Deans says it starts at 9 that morning for ages 12 and older.  She says the event is taking place at the Phantom Lake Gold Course and it's a great way to exercise with wither a walk or a run, whatever you choose and it's just a new fun event that they're trying to make and annual event.

The cost to enter is 30 dollars and the registration deadline is this Friday with forms abailable at the Recreation Office and the Aqua Center.
