The NorVa Centre has a scholarship program open to people interested in getting involved in art work.  The Centre's Karen Clark says the program has been in place since they opened.  She says they take referrals from different agencies which could be different schools, or from anybody who has someone they know of who might be interested in the arts but may need some help and maybe just needs to have the programs at the Center brought to their attention so they can come in and take advantage of them.
