Operation Red Nose was operating once again this past weekend getting people and their vehicles home safe and sound. The Rotary Club’s Ted Hewitt says they were very busy.
" This past weekend the Flin Flon Kinsmen and Kinnettes as well as the Flin Flon Ski Club provided the volunteers for Operation Red Nose. A total of 21 rides were provided for people to have a safe ride home. Next weekend the Hapnot staff will provide volunteers for Friday and the Under 13 Kinsmen Bantam Bombers will provide the rides for Saturday night."
They will operate between 9 and 2 both Friday and Saturday and you can call 204-687-7331 if you need a ride. It is a free service but donations are welcome.
