Tomorrow night the Central Canada Film Group in Flin Flon is presenting a double feature at the Hapnot Theatre. Director Colin Davis gives us the info on the two movies they are going to feature.
" This is a great opportunity for film fans in Flin Flon coming up on Thursday. We are going to be showing a double feature from silent movie star Harold Lloyd and you might remember him as the guy that hangs from the hands of the clock tower over the city. What makes this so exciting is that these are not just two great films but they were in the cinema 100 years ago. If you time traveled back 100 years you would be able to see our features Why Worry and Girl Shy. They are laugh out loud comedies and the basis of much of modern day comedy today."
Doors open up at 7 with the movie at 7:30. Snacks and drinks will be available and the show is free. This will be the last movie of 2023 and the Central Canada Film Group look forward to bringing back more classics to the big screen in 2024.
