Last Tuesday , the La Ronge Crime Reduction Team (CRT) executed a search warrant at a residence in the Sucker River community of Lac La Ronge Indian Band as part of a drug trafficking investigation.
Officers located and seized a loaded handgun, a quantity of ammunition, approximately 172 grams of crack cocaine, a sum of cash, and other drug paraphernalia.
Two adults and one young person were arrested at the scene.
Officers located a child in the residence and brought them to a safe location.
A 33-year-old female and a 37-year-old male, both from Sucker River, are charged with multiple offenses including drug trafficking.
16-year-old male from Richmond Hill, Ontario, has been charged with multiple offenses including drug trafficking.
All three accused appeared in court in Laronge Provincial court on Thursday November the 23rd.
