The Legion executive that I presented medals to have served one or two terms on the executive and this is just  recognition for their service."

The local branch also handed out medals of service to Mark and Kelsey Burford of the Salvation Army for being the Legion Padres,  Trudy Burton and Wenda Eplen the Secretaries, Colin McPhee, Ted Highfield and Margaret Highfield from the Executive.
