Blue berry Jam held their AGM Thursday night in Council Chambers. They also received grants from Flin Flon Neighborhood Revitilization, Heritage Canada, Foran Mining and support from the City Of Flin Flon , Calm Air and lots of other business’s.
New Vice Chair Brent Lethbridge says they are really looking forward to the festival in 2024 to build off the momentum from this past summer’s event.
" We are very excited about 2024, we had a successful year last year with over 5000 in attendance, up 2000 from the previous year. We hope to jump another 2000 with a action packed weekend for all those that love music and a free festival in Flin Flon."
It was also reported that over 200 volunteers helped out and is one of the reasons this event continues to be very successful. Blueberry Jam will return August the 9th to the 11th of 2024.
