The Provincial election is now less than a week away and the advanced poll is open across Manitoba including Flin Flon , and current MLA for Flin Flon Tom Lindsay is on the campaign trail and says he continues to hear the same issue right across the constituency.
"The number one issue I have heard on the doorsteps in every community that I have been in is health care. The cuts we have seen in Flin Flon, Lynn Lake, Leaf Rapids and all the communities in the North. They all know that their services have disappeared , so it's important for people to get out and vote. People might think it is going to be easy for the NDP, then they don't show up and vote and others get out and vote and things can go the other way. It is always important to vote and express your opinion and have your say."
The advanced polling station is located in Flin Flon at 29 Main street, the old CO-OP location upstairs. Don’t forget to bring your voting card and two pieces of id including one with a picture. The hours are 8 til 8.
