Human Books At The Library Tonight

Culture Day’s Activities continue tonight with the very popular Human Books taking place at the Flin Flon Public Library. Library Administrator Lisa Slugoski says they have some very interesting Human Books that you will enjoy.

 

" Human Books is a program that the library runs every year during Culture Days and Human Books are basically humans that you can come to the library and talk to them about their story. This year we have Dave Koop and his dog Tega,  they are coming to talk about his canoe trip to the Northwest Territories.We have Alla Bondareva who is the new head of the Arts Council, who is coming to talk about relocating to Canada from Russia. We also have Les Oystryk coming to talk about Beaver City."

 

It starts at 7 tonight, and they are hoping people will pre-register at ffpl@shaw.ca or call 1-833-960-3519. You can also show up at the door.
