The Federal Conservatives have announced their candidate who will be running against NDP candidate Tom Lindsay for the Flin Flon riding in the Provincial election coming up on October the 3rd.
It is Charlotte Larocque who carried the Conservative banner against Nikki Ashton in the federal election in 2021.
Larocque is a former Thompson Chamber Of Commerce President and has roots all over the North, having lived in Wabowden, Leaf Rapids, Wanless, The Pas, Thompson and Flin Flon.
Her platform heading into the Provincial election will be robust health care, bolstering the economy and making life more affordable.
Larocque will be hitting the campaign trail visiting all the centres in the North very soon and don’t forget the advance polls will be opening up on September the 23rd to the 30th.
The Liberals have yet to announce a candidate for this riding.
