THE Joe Brain Petting Zoo officially wrapped up their season yesterday after a very successful summer. Maddy Jones who worked at the zoo all summer says it was a very enjoyable season.

" It has been a really good summer, a lot of people are really happy the zoo is open again as we were closed last year. We have a lot of kids that don't really know what kind of animals we have,  and don't have a lot of experience with animals. It is nice  for them to come and see what we have and get to know how the animals work. It has been a great summer and I have loved seeing the kids, my favorite part of it."

The animals are now being sent to their winter homes and the zoo will re-open next June. The Joe Brain Petting Zoo asks you to keep them in mind for birthday parties, school tours and tourist tours when they re-open next year.
