The Flin Flon Arts Council is teaming up with the Manitoba Underground Opera to present the Breman Town Musicians who are coming to Flin Flon on Sunday July the 23rd.
The Flin Flon Arts Council’s Crystal Kolt says this is going to be a really fun show for kids.
“The Maniotba Underground Opera came last year and they are opera performers but they do kids programming and last year they did a version of Goldie Locks, which everybody absolutely loved...and this year is going to be the Breman Town Musicians, where you have a rooster that makes a bit of noise in the morning as a tenor in the farm...and he actually gets kicked out of the farm for making too much noise...he also meets up with a cat and dog along the way and the adventure continues.”
The show will be about a half hour in length and is for kids 5 to 11 and absolutely free, starting at 1 at the Rotary Park Community Garden. Kolt also mentioned that they will also be hosting their first Garden Party of the summer taking place at the same time.
