A busy weekend of Trout Festival activities will take place including a fun event tonight at the Ross Lake Causeway. The Ross Lake Regatta will start at 8:30 and will feature some great entertainment.

Rec Programmer Kelsey Anderson says it will be a fun night. " We are going to have two bands set up at the Mike's Ice and Burger patio, with the first one at 8:30 which  will be  the No Name  band. Then we will have Low Budget Rock Star who will be setting up at 10:30. We will have bleachers set up in the Mike's parking lot if you want to watch from land. We will also have some kayaks and canoes available for you to use,  and you can come down and sign up."

Boats, canoes and kayaks are all welcome and there will be some canoes supplied on a first come first serve basis. You will also be able to watch the fireworks right from the lake.
