Ashley Mclean who is the new Regional Tourism Officer was a guest on yesterday’s City Beat program on 102.9 CFAR. Mclean will be handling tourism  for the entire area of Flin Flon, Creighton and Denare Beach and is excited about some big programs coming up this summer.

" This summer I am looking to connect with tourists coming to our area. I am going to be working in the City Of Flin Flon office along with the Tourist Bureau in Creighton. I am looking to engage and interact with tourists coming to our community. I want to see what they will be needing , I have already been involved with tourist's that are needing maps and guidance on what to do in our area. I am hoping to be more involved in developing a trail concept plan which would be a muti use trail system. This is a project I am very passionate about because My family and myself use the trails alot and I feel we need signage and a development project for the trails in our region."
