The year end totals are in for last year at the Flin Flon Recycling Centre.  Administrator Deb Odegaard says they were busy through 2022 ……..

“We did 510 tonnes of regular recycling which is like cardboard, aluminum, glass, office paper, books, the packaging that comes out of your home, three loads of E-waste for 26 and a half tonnes, we did 911 kilograms of household batteries, 97 boxes of fluorescent bulbs, 3 tub skids of gasoline, that‘s like a box like a pallet, 20 of paint and 29 barrels of other hazardous waste so it was another successful year.”
