The Green Project started its 14th season of spreading limestone to promote growth in the Flin Flon Creighton area this spring.  Coordinator Dave Price says they had a good start to the season.  He says they’ve had kids from all the area schools, Creighton and Flin Flon out greening since the end of May.  He says they had 26 different classes out with over 500 kids and covered almost 2 hectares of ground so its been going very well.

Price says they won’t be doing greening with public volunteers over the summer but areas treated in the past are doing very well as you can see at their web site www.greenproject.ca.
