ARRESTED JUNE 2ND!

Investigation determined Custer was in Pelican Narrows today. Officers located and attempted to stop and arrest him but he ran away. Further investigation determined he may be armed and is actively seeking a way to travel from Pelican Narrows. 

Custer is described as approximately 5’9” and 190 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black Under Armour sweater and grey shorts with a white Ecko logo featuring a rhinoceros. He had socks on but no shoes. 

He may be armed and should be considered dangerous. If seen, do not approach him. If he approaches your residence, call 9-1-1 immediately.
