At their meeting earlier this week the Town Council of Creighton agreed to pass a motion to donate five hundred dollars to the Phantom Lake Soccer Club to assist with the purchase of a bleacher at their field.  Council also agreed to sponsor and support the Flin Flon Bombers by purchasing press box advertising at a cost of one thousand dollars.  Council also agreed not to increase Sportex ice rates for the upcoming season.

Mayor Bruce Fidler mentioned the Town is continually working on beautification projects across the community including upgrades to the water and sewage treatment system as well as paving and patchwork and the regular summer agenda.
