Environment Minister Warren Kaeding has announced the 2022-23Saskatchewan Angler’s Guide is available online. Outdoor enthusiasts can download the new guide to their phone or tablets for convenient access.
The Guide details the regulations, policies and practices that guide fishing in the province, including a comprehensive listing of water bodies with specific catch limits and special regulations. Physical copies are available at Minister of Environment field offices, most provincial park offices and selected retail outlets.
Anglers aged 16 and older are required to purchase a license to fish in Saskatchewan except for residents age 65 and older. Angling licenses are available online 24 hours a day, seven days a week and can be stored in your digital device. The new season opens tomorrow in the northern management zone.
