The Flin Flon Trout Festival 48 hour fishing derby gets underway tomorrow with the entry kits available for 25 dollars at the Gateway Drive In starting at 4 o’clock tomorrow afternoon.  Organizer Jay Bellamy says the rules are pretty straight forward.  He says all fishing has to be catch and release by law, you can fish on the Saskatchewan or Manitoba side, and it’s an open lake tournament so you can go fishing where you want and they’ll tally up the prizes at the end.

The kits must be turned in at 4 o’clock Sunday afternoon at the Gateway
