You Are Urged to Report Suspicious Incidents to the RCMP.

The RCMP in collaboration with various law enforcement partners has produced a guide to inform and assist Canadians on how and when to report suspicious incidents to police.  RCMP Commissioner Brenda Lucki says by reporting suspicious activities to the police tragedies can be prevented so when in doubt report it.

The guide contains information on how to recognize and report behaviors that may be linked to hate crimes, radicalization to violence, extremist propaganda and terrorism mobilization.  It provides details about steps people can and should follow when reporting suspicious incidents to the police.

The guide can be found by searching online for the RCMP National Security Information Network.

They add emergencies should always be reported by calling 911.
