Far Resources Has an Entirely New Board of Directors.

Major changes are taking place as FAR Resources moves forward with its Zoro and Jean Lake lithium properties in Snow Lake.  96 percent of their shareholders have elected a entirely new board of directors. Following the shareholders meeting the new board appointed Scott Taylor to the role of President and Chief Executive Officer.  Taylor stated as a shareholder he was totally frustrated with the previous board’s complete lack of progress and pledged that shareholders will immediately see a change in the behavior by management and the board of the Company.

Taylor announced they have filed for a name change for FAR and Lithium will be reflected in the new name and they intend to become a growing key player within the North American strategic metals market.  He noted the Company is hyper focused on continued exploration and growth on its three lithium properties Zoro and Jean Lake in Snow Lake and Hidden Lakes in the Northwest Territories.
