The 27th annual Christmas Gift Program is underway at the Flin Flon Friendship Centre. The Centre’s Program Events Coordinator Lisa Rosvold says it’s designed to enable parents or guardians to give their children up to 17 years old a gift at Christmas when circumstances prevent them from doing so. She explains this year the Christmas Gift Program is going to be open registration so she’s going to leave registration open for anybody who may just come into a circumstance as of the 24th and may need a gift for their kids. She notes it’s going to start giving out gifts from December 16th to 24th from 10 am to 4 pm adding she’s making appointments , they’ll be ten minute appointments so come grab your gifts and some wrapping paper and out the door you go.
