The Manitoba Mineral Development Fund is supporting a project for the City of Flin Flon.  Their Project Manager Jessica Ferris explains they’re a northern economic development fund that focuses on providing funding for mining communities in northern Manitoba and they have a really exciting project with the City of Flin Flon that they’re supporting.  She says the City and the Regional Development Commission are doing an investment tool kit to bring new industry and to add value to existing industries here in Flin Flon.

Other recent projects we’ve reported on that they supported in this area include exploration funding for the Callinex project near Flin Flon and Far Resources lithium project near Snow Lake.
