New Cases Have Dropped Below 100 in Manitoba While Saskatchewan is Up a Bit.

Manitoba public health reported 92 new cases of COVID-19 this afternoon bringing the five day test positivity rate to 3.2 percent.  Of the new cases there were 30 in Southern health and 17 each in the Winnipeg and Northern health regions with lower numbers in other regions. In the Northern region Norway House and the Cree Nation district report 153 active cases and Pukatawagan Mathias Colomb Cree Nation district report 128. Of the total 61,987 reported cases in the province 963 are active, 59,794 people have recovered and 92 are in hospital with 16 in intensive care.

             

Saskatchewan health reported 312 new cases bringing the seven day average of new cases to 380.  Of the total 73,662 reported cases 4364 are active, 68,525 people have recovered and 39 are in hospital. Far North East Two reported nine new cases bringing their active cases to 67.
