Next week is Toastmasters Week in Manitoba. Harry Hobbs reports Flin Flon Toastmasters will be holding an open house on Zoom on Monday night.  He explains right now Zoom in our community is for Toastmasters a very good benefit because the people who live in Cranberry Portage, Sherridon, Snow Lake might be interested in Toastmasters but wouldn’t want to drive all that way in and out, especially when we get more inclement weather and now meeting on Zoom gives them the opportunity to be a Toastmaster sitting in the comfort of their own living room.  He adds actually their club is growing that way as they have members that live in Winnipeg and one as far away as North Dakota who are members of their club.
