Premier Kelvin Goertzen says the initiative will allow physicians offices in Manitoba to develop a roster of their patients who are not fully immunized and support outreach to have those patients come in and have a conversation about their questions and concerns.  The President of Doctors Manitoba Dr Kristjan Thompson urges you to talk to your doctor or visit their website to find a physician near you to answer your questions.  He explains over the pandemic thousands have needed health care and over 1200 have died from this disease and these aren’t just numbers they are our neighbors, our families, our friends and our loved ones.  He adds we know this disease is very serious but severe illness and death is largely preventable thanks to the vaccine and we know that the COVID vaccine works and doctors trust the safety and the effectiveness of the COVID vaccine.
