Far Resources has concluded an option agreement to acquire a 100 percent interest in the Jean Lake lithium gold project of Mount Morgan Resources Limited. The 1002 hectare Jean Lake gold lithium project is located 15 kilometers east of Snow Lake on the Apex Peninsula in Wekusko Lake.
President and CEO John Gammack says together with their 3603 hectare Zoro Project which hosts their inferred resource of just over one million tonnes at 0.91 percent lithium oxide the 1002 hectare Jean Lake project gives them an attractive 4605 hectare exploration opportunity. He adds the project location is adjacent to known high grade lithium and gold resources within a highly prospective geological environment.
Plans were finalize to be on the property starting August 18th. Prospecting activities are being undertaken in preparation for a winter drill program that will test existing and any newly defined pegmatite targets from this summer’s prospecting.
