Drilling West of Flin Flon Continues to Deliver Impressive Grades and Widths.

Foran Mining Corporation has announced its infill drill program at the McIvenna Bay deposits 65 kilometers west of Flin Flon is now complete.  Results include 13.6 meters of continuous mineralization grading 2.50 percent copper equivalent.  Two of the holes were located along the upper plunge line of the deposit while the other two were targeting the central part of the deposit. They report all holes intersected wide zones of continuous mineralization with the widths and grades encountered continuing to bode well for future resource upgrades.

Executive Chair for Foran Dan Myerson says the results reported to date suggest they will be able to upgrade a considerable portion of existing inferred material for the upcoming revised resource estimates which should bode well for mine life extension with the release of their feasibility study in the fourth quarter this year. He added they have recently turned their focus to a 25 thousand meter near mine expansionary and helicopter supported regional exploration program.
