You can learn a lot about how to be healthy.

              Registrations are coming in for the 31 Day Personal Health Challenge that runs from May1st to 31st.  The In Motion Committee’s Fran Labarre says their challenge is to encourage people to have some healthy behaviors so that they feel better about themselves and their bodies will feel great.  She adds all you have to do to be healthy is to eat healthy, restrict some junk food, eat fish a couple of times a week, drink six to eight cups of water a day, physical activity 30 minutes a day and try to get 7 to 8 hours sleep a night.
