The Battle Against COVID Will Continue in Saskatchewan Without Restrictions.

Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe has confirmed the end of public health restrictions in the province.  He announced with the significant portion of our population protected by the very safe and effective vaccines this Sunday after 485 days of public health orders and restrictions by the province, after 485 days of the government telling you how to live your life all of those restrictions end.

             

Moe adds although restriction will come to an end COVID will not but we will no longer fight it with restrictions we’ll do it with vaccines.

             

Saskatchewan health reported 53 new cases of COVID-19 this afternoon bringing the seven day average of new cases to 31.  They also reported one new death in the North West zone. Of the new cases 13 were in Regina and 10 in North West with single digits in other zones including three in Far North East.  There are 24 active cases in Far North East.
