Students Were Honored for Their Hard Work and Accomplishments Over the Past Year.

Diplomas were presented to 50 graduates of Hapnot Collegiate yesterday afternoon along with 50 bursaries, awards and scholarships.

             

The largest award the Hudbay W.A. Green Bursary for highest average for 35 hundred dollars a year for up to four years was presented to Arjun Sarkar who also received a Dorothy K. Ash Memorial Award.  The Governor General Bronze Medal was presented to Erin Mansell for highest academic standing who also received a Dorothy K Ash Memorial Award, the Teagan Quinn Memorial Award, the Ruth Betts Memorial Bursary, a Hapnot Grad Alumni Award, North Star Rebekah’s I.O.O.F Bursary, the Inner Wheel Citizenship Scholarship and the Betty Johnson Memorial Bursary.  The Sparling Trophy for the student who contributes most to school life while maintaining a good academic standing went to Ainsley McCracken who also received the Flin Flon School Division Bursary, a Raymond Daneliuk Memorial Trade Bursary and the Herb Simms Endowment Fund Bursary.
